Delete your account

You can request deletion from Journey under Profile → Account & data → Delete account.

If you cannot access the app, email support@withlovejourney.com from the address used for your account.

What happens

We verify the request, disconnect linked partners and remove or anonymize account data except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, financial records or legal obligations. App-store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple or Google.
