Journey supports people and couples trying to conceive. Fertility, cycle, symptom and relationship information can be sensitive, so we collect only what is needed to provide features you choose to use.

Information we process

• Account and profile details, including email, name, photo and country region.
• Cycle dates, estimates, symptoms, moods, temperature, medication, journal entries and appointments you record.
• Partner invitations, connection status, shared check-ins and messages.
• Subscription status and transaction identifiers supplied by Apple, Google and RevenueCat.
• Notification tokens, app diagnostics, security logs and consented website access requests.

How information is used

We use information to operate Journey, synchronize connected partners, calculate user-facing estimates and scores, produce reports, deliver reminders, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse and provide support.

Partner sharing

Connecting a partner shares the information identified in the app. Only connect someone you trust. Either account may disconnect using the app.

Service providers and transfers

Journey uses providers including Supabase for hosting and authentication, RevenueCat for subscription status, Apple and Google for platform services, Firebase for notifications and Brevo for transactional email. Data may be processed in the countries where these providers operate under appropriate safeguards.

Your choices and rights

You can edit information in the app, disconnect a partner, export selected records and request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, restriction, objection or portability.

Retention and security

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably required for security, legal and operational purposes. We use access controls, row-level database policies, encrypted transport and restricted service credentials.

Estimates and wellbeing information

Cycle and fertility information shown by Journey is based on the data and settings you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or decisions.
