Include

• The email on your Journey account.
• Your device type and app version.
• What you expected and what happened.
• A screenshot with sensitive details hidden where possible.

Partner invitations

Open the invitation on the phone where Journey is installed and sign in with the exact invited email. If needed, update Journey and open the invitation again.

Purchases

Use Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Billing changes and refunds are managed through your Apple or Google account.
