Using Journey

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure and use Journey lawfully. You are responsible for the information you record and for choosing any partner you connect.

Cycle information

Journey provides organizational tools, educational context and estimates based on user-entered data. Estimates are not guarantees and should not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, contraception or urgent decisions.

Partner features

Partner sharing is intended for trusted adults. Connected users may see shared information and each user is responsible for messages and content they add.

Premium

Premium subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the relevant app-store account. Prices, trial terms, billing and refunds are presented before purchase and handled under Apple or Google platform rules. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Baby Fund

The Baby Fund is promotional and subject to eligibility, verification, anti-abuse checks and the rules shown in the app. The quarterly prize is USD 500 for a qualifying Journey family worldwide. Journey may withhold or replace a selection where activity is fraudulent, automated or unverifiable.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape private data, disrupt the service, manipulate referrals or scores, impersonate another person or upload unlawful content.

Availability and changes

Features may change as Journey improves. We may suspend access for security, legal or abuse-prevention reasons.
